Prices are published. Every complete system is $13,782 to $16,565 plus HST, installed. Most contractors in this market will not quote without a home visit.

Installation is capped at one home per week, Wednesday and Thursday, by the two licensed tradesmen who do the work.

## What is sold

Two complete systems. Nothing is sold on its own: no furnace-only, no air-conditioning-only. The furnace, coil and outdoor unit are rated as a matched set.

- **Furnace and cold-climate heat pump** — $15,337 to $16,565 plus HST

Both include the matched coil, sheet metal transitions formed to the furnace opening by a licensed sheet metal mechanic and fitted by BermaxHVAC, nitrogen-purged refrigerant brazing, electrical whip and disconnect, thermostat, pad, and a ten-year labour warranty from BermaxHVAC on top of the manufacturer's warranty.
